i can get on all other websites but when i try myspace it says cant find server...how do i fix it

pls tell how 2 just KNOW the admin password but not change it. i can't run cd's dvd's floppys pendrives etc. since they are disabled by the administrator. but one advantage.... i can still run memory card or a memory stick in it . he must've forgotten 2 lock it... haha. pls reply fast and gimme some good tricks

I have some personal pictures on my computer and I need to know how to install a password so that no one can look at them. I am talking about the pictures that you save on Your Documents. Some files are password protected and she has forgotten the passwords and has no installation c.d.s1)how do I open the folders/files even hidden ones and password protected ones2)rename the computer, it was originally on a network3)create a backup of the programs(windows XP PRO)since she can not find the original installation disc4)why does MSN Explorer always say I am offline if I don't sign on to it when I log onto my computer no matter where/what I want to go /do ( a recent behavior)and how do I change this act.Also internet explorer always says it has to close because it has encountered a problem and will not debug but rather close.How do I stop this.The same thing applies to some delivery managers although they have permissions.5)Does anyone know of any free two anti-virus and two spyware programs that can co-exist on the same computer.without making it unstable,especially if they are from different companies.

I found undesirable (pornographic) things on my computer. My husband swears he didn’t do it and this was a product of someone hacking into the computer and leaving a sort of “trail” behind. I’ve never heard of this being possible, is it?

I have been looking after a laptop which is shortly going to be returned to its owner. The person is not a friend of mine, he does not know me at all, he owes money to my husband, so i dont know if he is trustworthy.

ANyway, I have been using the laptop to purchase home shopping from Tescos, and i also used it to do online banking - because my own computer was not working.

Can he access my details and steal my identity/get my bank details? I phoned my bank and they said he cannot access my details because both Tescos and my bank have secure sites. However i am sure some TV programmes like Watchdog etc advised people to erase their hard disks before letting go of their home computers because some people's details have been accessed even from these so-called secure sites.

Please advise.

PS .. i am Nigerian and so is he!! i love my people but i know that they are good at scamming.

I have a yahoo personal website and recently I have had this stuff come into my mail box and I have not sent any mail from this address in a long while. They have my domain name at the end of their e-mails and no one else has access to my e-mails but me and I have not given anyone an address to use on my account too.

I was thinking of buying "Kaspersky™ Anti-Virus 6.0" .. since I heard thats the best.

What do you think?

I know its a matter of opinion of which is best .. but which is best according to what the product offers?
(Right now I have AOL Active Shield since its powdered by Kaspersky -- love it_---> used to have Norton and hated it)

I keep getting pop-ups on my computer. A McAfee scan said that there were no infected files. I downloaded Windows Defender and did a Full Scan and there were some infected files. I removed them. However, the pop-ups continued to appear. Now, I scan my computer ever so often but the infected items I try to remove don't get removed. It says "error encountered". These are called Win32/Fotomoto and Virtumonde and ClickSpring. Also, I want to get rid of the problem, not just the pop-ups and without harm to my computer. Thanks.
