Go to 'tools', 'internet options', then on the 'general' page you can set your homepage to whatever you want. (Don't forget to click on 'apply)

You could also download SuperAntiSpyware,

it has 'homepage hijack protection' that will stop your homepage being changed without your knowledge.

If you got Microsoft Internet just click Internet Options in Tool menu and then and the top you'll see Home page and just change the URL in it. It is just as similar in Mozilla Firefox.

I believe your homepage has been hijacked if you see like Anti-Virus advertisements when you open your browser.
