how do you boot into the safe mode with a limited account?(PC)?

i have limited account and i need to boot into the safe mood cuzzzz i want to change my limited account back to the computer administrator

You must be logged in as an administrator to boot in safe mode.
You cannot boot to safe mode while logged in with a limited account

You can't log into a limited account in Safe Mode, but you should be able to access the "Administrator" account. To get safe mode, you press F8 just before you see the Windows boot screen. On modern computers, this happens rather quickly, so you may need to do it almost as soon as the computer BIOS screen appears.

when you boot into safe, if your lucky it will say a name and an administrator account, click on admin

depends on the computer and OS. right when you start the computer it will say hit F2 for set up or something similar to that. its going to be one of the F buttons i guarantee it.
