Spyware by definition collects information on what sites and frequency of visits to classify for specific advertising and to get addresses to sell on target lists. Malicious spyware installs a program that reports it's findings to a server directly. Since porn is the biggest business on the Internet, I'm sure there are some sites that are more aggressive than others to collect information, but if you read the EULA(end user license agreement) that your required to accept when downloading such things as google and yahoo toolbars, they tell you that they collect this same information.
I would suspect that because all a successful porn website has to offer is online membership that they have very strong levels of security to keep virus's and spyware off their systems.
