I am using WIN2003 Server with Norton Corporate Edition V10.0. While i am unloack the antivirus server from symantec center,its showing," can not communicate with the server, verify network connectivity and that machines are operating within the group.try clearing the server group cache and re-discovering all server group."pls. help.

Text of messages is in Russian. The e-mail address is, unfortunately, on display on a website (out of my control) and thus easily harvested for spamming - but now it appears someone somewhere (Russia?) is sending e-mails using (how?) this e-mail address.

later my computer restarted all my itself. Now it will turn on and all of the sudden turned off. Then I get opinions to start in various modes. Safe mode wont work really and when I start windows normally my computer wont stay on long enough for a virus scan. I also get 60 seconds warnings from NTauthority applications warning me my comptuer will turn off. And some times just turns off all the sudden Can anyone help me please??? Maybe at least tell me the name of the virus.

when i find a virus or a cookie on my computer, it says that i quarantined it. I go to where it says that, and i tell it to "remove" the virus. At first i thought that i was removing it from my computer but Now i am not sure. Am i actually setting it free again??? should i keep it quarantined??? what does quarantined mean???

What if I get an email and it has a virus on it and of course I dont know it. But instead of opening the email on my computer like it was intended, I open it on my cell phone. What happens to the virus? Does it still effect the computer? The phone? Nothing?
