If you're talking about virus updates, this is the link.

But if you're talking about activation, i have one way to solve it, but i cannot do so online. So think about getting other software like AVG Free. As the name suggests, it's free.

You can manually update it using by downloading the norton definition file from symantec, but it will be quite troublesome for its quite bid as you will be downloading the whole bundle. If you want you can activate your norton by going to illegal/underground sites to search for crack/serials, etc. I wouldn't elaborate too much on that. For more legal and civilised options, buy it or try free antivirus software such as Grisoft's AVGFree or Avira's AntiVir Classic Edition. I would recommend the latter. You had better choose one of the options now as it is unsafe to leave a computer with outdated virus definition files. If you are interested in buying antivirus softwares, try Kaspersky (extremely suitable for laptops), Bitdefender or McAfee. Norton sometimes uses a lot of memory.

If you are out of date - you will not be able to update your Norton. Have you considered the free ones: for instance AVG or Avast? Google them for the place to download.
