Also, is it safe to have more than one antispywares?

I have a Mcaffee pro anitvirus and Spydawn 3.1 antispyware pro.

no they do not. You can have more than one antispyware not having a real time scanner. you can have only one with a real scanner. All Free antispywares do not come with a real time scanner therefore you can use many.

Antivirus and Antispyware do not conflict, because usually they do different things.
But it is enough to have a good one of each on your computer.

I have an AV running permanently and once a week i scan my computer with a spyware tool. For the rest I use my brain.:-)

Both software packages I use are free (http://free.grisoft.com) and I never had any trouble.

No, antispyware and an antivirus in a computer do not conflict.

yes sometimes they do and some times they do not . it all depends on the configauration settings. with Default settings u can trust this pair Norton and Lavasofts ad-aware. U can download them these two from here
