my system's run program and task manager disabled. how can i enable it

get spybot s&d, run a scan and fix everything anomaly found.

1. If you have the cd ,insert the cd and try the repair option.
2. Start/All programs/Accessories/CommandPrompt.
in the menu right click Pin to Start menu.
3. The application for Task Manager is in
C:/windows/System32 tskmgr 126 Kb . If seen
make a copy and store in C. rename it tskmgr and open..
If it opens ok. otherwise corrupted.

This entry will help you ....

Open the registry editor and then change the value of "DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000001 to "DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\
Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000

and then restart your pc.
That's it.
