Whenever I go to google, this other website always comes up..its some chat site that i accidentally clicked on once. How do i stop this from happening?

Like the other here have said your browser has been hijacked by spyware. To remove it you have to run spybot and an online scan. Then use only a safe brower like firefox to surf on the internet .
(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

It sounds like you have spyware. I would recommend downloading a good anti-virus such as Kaspersky. Also get Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Also clicks tools, Internet options, security and check if any websites are listed under blocked. If this fails you may have some kind of software installed on your computer to block it or your ISP(internet service provider) is blocking it ,which is usually used by schools ,but parents usually don't go to this extent

Your system is infected with Spyware and/or Adware.
Go to www.download.com and download and install Ad-ware personal Edition and Spybot Search and Destroy.
Update the definition files for both the programs and run a complete scan.
Both the programs are free to use but they are not real time monitors.
When you run a complete scan they would find and remove the Spyware / Adware.

just add the website to "Always blocked website list" in NetDogAdmin.exe
