For instance if i was watching streamed videos on youtube or xtube could i get a virus or spyware if im not actually downloading anything ?

I posted a question about ordering from a site that I believe is not secured. There isn't a lock in the bottom corner. And there isn't a https in the address bar on the page where you'd type in your cc info. I sent them an email asking about how to place an order with them if their site isn't secure. This is their reply.
"We have all the credentials of a secure website and are in the process of registering for the symbol"

Do I order from this site or skip it? Their prices aren't dirt cheap or anything. I'm just not able to find what I'm looking anyplace else.

At work my computer mouse was going crazy. I typed a message please get off my computer. Afterwards, it seemed to be fine. I was wondering if their was a program that let's you know somebody is spying on your computer. It is a business computer so I have some access to install programs but I am sure they do need remote access to my computer at times. But I just want to know when they are remote accessing my computer.

Having been given this anti spyware programme with my bt connection, I wonder how good it is. I run regular scans, but almost on a daily basis, it comes up with this back door trojan, which it then claims to have removed! WHAT is a back door trojan? WHY when I remove it does it re-occur. WHERE might it come from. AND lastly...is my anti spyware programme adequate? HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP.

I need some virus/spam internet protection on my computer - It came with Mcafee but its expired. Can anyone tell me the best to get? I have limited funds for this so nothing too extravagant!!! a hacker have deleted all my files :(
i have zone alarm pro. I'm running 2 P2P programs:
bitspirit ( bittorrent client) and emule (edonkey & Kad client).
in ZAP, internet zone security was set to Med. both programs have been given full access to internet.

all the folders that contain the deleted files are shared and network users are allowed to change my files. i put this option because i believe it increases the download speed in the p2p programs.

what should i change ?
or should i give up using p2p programs ?

Whole words were missing !! I could barely read anything on the page. I have tried to go to Yahoo help but no help I could find.
I would put my curser on empty spaces and some things would pop up. Would this be the servers fault or mine somehow?
Please if anyone can help me, or give me a clue to what is happening.......
