At work my computer mouse was going crazy. I typed a message please get off my computer. Afterwards, it seemed to be fine. I was wondering if their was a program that let's you know somebody is spying on your computer. It is a business computer so I have some access to install programs but I am sure they do need remote access to my computer at times. But I just want to know when they are remote accessing my computer.

If your mouse was going crazy, it is more likely that your mouse was malfunctioning (Never attribute to malice what could easily be explained by stupidity). Most programs that allow for remote control of a computer will give the local user a warning before the admin takes over (so you don't assume that your machine is suddenly going out of control)

However system monitoring (especially at work) is fairly easy to set up and hard to detect. Even if you installed software to detect it, it is more likely that they will be tracking your network usage by tapping into your networks firewall and tracking where you go from there.

They are spying on you and can do so freely without a clue from you or your computer. Some of the goofiest software simply patches your video output to your monitor and theirs at the same time. Absolutely nothing you can do about that , plus yours is hooked into the network so they have total control of whats going on with your PC and I am sure that they didn't give you the administraive rights to acess the files you need to see when this is happening.

However since you can still install programs there are a few freeware ones that works great in this scenario.
