i just removed that yesterday using spy bot or twister anti virus i cant remember which it was but its not there any more

I do not know the contents of the email . But a google search show that address(1) was used in a 419 scam (2)

I'm not sure but I think it's a virus email because virus emails have fake addresses that act as something important. And carefully read what it says in the message, virus emails have also fake messages.
