This took a lot of looking up!!!! I think I have a solution for you, but it's kinda difficult to be sure. If you know as I guess you should, the name of the issuer of the digital certificate, you have probably put it into the untrusted certifcates or untrusted publishers folders. To check this out, open internet explorer, then :>

Check through the certificate store and remove the site certificate in question:

Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates button > Intermediate Certification Authorities tab > Highlight an entry > Click on Remove.

Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates button > Trusted Root Certification tab > Highlight an entry > Click on Remove.

Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates button > Untrusted Publishers tab > Highlight an entry > Click on Remove.

Tools > Internet Options > Content > Publishers button > Trusted Root Certification tab > Highlight an entry > Click on Remove.

Tools > Internet Options > Content > Publishers button > Untrusted Publishers tab > Highlight an entry > Click on Remove.

------ END ----

Where it says highlight an entry, ONLY highlight an entry that you recognise as having come from the site you were trying to visit. If you cannot find any listing on any of the tabs related to that site, try a reboot and revisit the site, otherwise you might have to email the website / company in question. They may be able to email you the certificate and tell you how to manually install it. I hope this helps :) IT@tonicweb.co.uk
