I'm trying to make a poster using Print Perfect Platinum desktop publishing software. I want to save it as a PDF so I can transfer it to a ump drive and take it to the print shop to have printed. When I save it as a PDF, and then open the file , my one page poster is broken into 4 pages. How can I make it only be on one page?! Urgent please!!!!

Also, how many DPI's should I save it as?!

I've been building a computer and i'm pretty broke but ive spent about 500$ already. I have my mother board, processor, processor fan, and power supply. I'm missing a case, a hard drive and RAM. When i was putting my processor and fan together i accidently got thermal grease on the processor pins (about 3) on the corner. I wiped the grease off with a rag and you cant notice it but i'm worried i might've screwed up the processor and i can't get a refund. It's a Socket 775 Intel Core 2 Extreme. I put the peices i have together and started it and it started which means the processor must be working. I put the hard drive from this computer in it and started it and the hard drive started so i figured it must be working, plus i used the start button from my dell, and when the processor is fried it usually gives me an orange light but i got the green one instead. I'm pretty sure it's fine but what do you think?

I bought a new computer about 2 years ago. It ran good until i installed two new games i got for christmas on it. The games were: Hunting Unlimited 4 and Pet Vet. Now my computer is sluggish and whenever i try to open a program like windows media player it highlights like 10 others. Is there anyway i can fix this program without uninstalling my games?

I am trying to install my hp printer to my pc which is windows millenium edition and i am wondering if windows me is different to windows 2000 ? as my printer is unable to be installed as it is asking for windows 2000, i thought that windows millenium edition was a special edition of windows 2000 ?? any help would be appreciated as i cant afford to buy windows xp or 2000 at the moment. Can anyone offer advise on how to get a PDF form (Job application) converted to edit (fill in) in Microsoft Works. I know it can be converted into Microsoft Word and then you can fill it out, however my laptop doesn't have 'Word' it has 'Microsoft Works'. The free downloadable converters are all for converting to word.

A friend has converted the document for me into word but we are messed up as his laptop will not load disks for my printer and he is currently 600 mles from his own. Equally he cannot e-mail me the converted form as it is in word so my laptop will not read the e-mail etc. etc.

Any ideas please. I do not want just to print the forms and write them out by hand, it's just nor professional enough! - Thanks

Using the easy Install wizard Ive done each step perfect but once it checks for the connection it fails

BUT Other Computers and devices such as My Ipod touch can search for wireless internet, locate "belkin54g" allowing them to use the internet

And since the computer doesnt realize the router is there I cant connect to http://192.168.2.1 which is the address for the routers settingsw...and therefore I cant set a password =[

Yesturday I was downloading some guitar pro files,( which I've done hundreds of times, with no problems), and I started to get weird pop ups coming up, and I never get pop ups, but I started getting one every 5 seconds or so, so I exited out, and decided to restart my computer, when it restarted, It said, " this image is in error of...something", and as I click "ok", it flashes on again and again, as I continue to press "ok", about 20 times, then finally it stops and windows continues to run, then I start getting these black boxes popping up saying names of various programs, and saying there is some type of error again, at one point I have 32 of these boxes on screen, they also say 16bit ms dos...something on them,...anyway, as I close all these boxes, everything seems to run fine, but I know there is some problem, virus maybe, I done know, could someone please help me, for I am just a computer idiot, thanks in advance

okay heres the problem. i bought a cod4 like a month ago and i played it once. it installed fine everything was gerat until i wanted to play. i played and it was lagging like craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy. every step would be a lag. i have an ATI Radeon XPRESS200. is that too low of a card for cod4 on pc? please tell me.

How do I choose? I'm looking for the best performance. You know, more bang for the buck. So far I'm leaning toward the dell or the alienware. Both pretty pricey but I think that they are worth it. I've priced them with top of the line options so if you want to see them just go to their websites. This is a lot of coin so I would like a little help with choosing or you could suggest another brand. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
