Impossible to diagnose from a short description, but here's a few things to try...
Was your computer wiped? Do you still have all your programs and data? If not, you may need to reconfigure the wireless..
Is the wireless utility working? Does it find any wireless connections? If not, perhaps the internal antennas were disconnected during repair, and not reconnected. If you have a small phillips screwdriver, you can open the small door on the bottom of the laptop that has the wireless card behind it. There should be 2 tiny wires connected to it.

Does the device show up in network connections, or in device manager?

I strongly reccomend that you phone Packard Bell and discuss this with the hardware department. You are currently under warranty, and need to let them know that things are wrong. It sounds like they wiped all of your current restore points and I have no idea why they would do this. It shouldn't have happend just because they repaired the charging device.

I reccomend that if you do not receive the answers you need, you demand a replacement computer. You have had nothing but trouble with this since you bought it, and since you got it back from "repairs". That is rediculous, and you should not stand for it.

Don't allow them to walk on you. Demand your answers and either have them walk you through fixing these issues over the phone, or get a replacement system.

Good luck and I do hope you demand the service you deserve. You paid good money for that system and it should be working without any issues! Please have a good day.

Make sure the switch is turned on. Double check for enabled in Device manager. Make sure there is no password on the Wireless Router. As well as Change Frequencies in the preferences in the options of the router. If you are getting a signal but no internet then it means something is interfering(usually wireless phones). Just read the instruction Manuel and look up how to change the wireless frequency.
