I bought a new computer about 2 years ago. It ran good until i installed two new games i got for christmas on it. The games were: Hunting Unlimited 4 and Pet Vet. Now my computer is sluggish and whenever i try to open a program like windows media player it highlights like 10 others. Is there anyway i can fix this program without uninstalling my games?

I'd suggest that you run an antivirus scan and an antispyware scan as well.

Also, I'd suggest that you try to run the Disc Defragmenter.

Good luck and I hope I helped and Happy New Year!

Try a website called www.pcpitstop.com and use their FULL TESTS. Make sure you accept the add-ons from the website. PC Pitstop has even been recommended by Consumer Reports. The online tests are free. The FULL TESTS check your connection, your hard drive, operating system, processor...everything. Check it out.
