Not easily, but it can be done.
BT's system doesn't use user names and passwords (it just checks the phoneline number) , so if AOLs does you will need to flash the Bios back to it's original Thompson settings.

Yes! It certainly works! I have tried this myself. The only difference when you connect to the internet with AOL through your BT Home Hub is that AOL requires you to connect all the time everytime you turn your computer on. It doesn't just give you a direct connection like BT. Unless you play around with your systems network connections. Remember to set a system restore point, as I had to reinstall all my BT Total Broadband Software and also all my USB connections to the BT Home Hub. =) Hope that's answered your question. =')

yes. the AOL broadband is simply a network "link" or address. it doesn't know (or care) if the cable is plugged directly into a computer or not. just cable from your internet modem into your hub then plug your PC's into the hub. if you have anymore questions or issues let us know

yes, all routers are basically the same, plus BT make the aol routers(most of them that is).
PS. i have tried this.... and it does work, let me know how you get on..
Furthermore, all wired networks through BT phonelines goto BT server equiptment, defo will work

No, most BT router doesnt not allow other ISP usage.
