I run windows XP service pack 2 on a packard bell imedia 4608 computer.
My computer keeps freezing, and all of my hardware stops responding. Nothing works so I have to perform a forced shutdown. When the computer restarts I send the error report, but microsoft has no fix. Neither does packard bell or intel.
I have tried rebooting the computer to factory settings with the disk provided with the system, but the problem is still there.
I also have a problem where the computer will just randomly restart while I am doing something.
Both of these problems are totally random, and are not linked specifically to any software package, and also happen quite frequently.
Please help...
