I am at present on DIAL-UP but when I put in the disc to install Broadband, at stage 2 It said the next page will appear in 6 seconds. It did'nt. I waited 3 hours and gave up. (I have a 1.1 USB port but that should'nt make any difference. Why ??????????

For the past week or so i have been receiving my old emails again, every so often it says 10 new and emails i've read and deleted months ago are being sent to my inbox. It is generally the same 10 over and over! Very annoying!
I also received a few emails that were sent weeks/months ago but never received until this week.
Any ideas what's up?
I am with TalkTalk.

I have a new dell and it is showing 68 sometimes more processes running at one time. I do not know much about computers, I'm still living in the punch card days. My old computer only ran about 37 and I thought that was alot. Any suggestions?

Also could I get a specific one that seems pretty good, and give me the link of that? For some reason I can't use any of the players that came with my computer, including Dell Media Experience, Windows Media Player, or Real Player. When the title page of the DVD comes up and I hit play, it just restarts to the beginning. Any ideas about why this is happening?

I run windows XP service pack 2 on a packard bell imedia 4608 computer.
My computer keeps freezing, and all of my hardware stops responding. Nothing works so I have to perform a forced shutdown. When the computer restarts I send the error report, but microsoft has no fix. Neither does packard bell or intel.
I have tried rebooting the computer to factory settings with the disk provided with the system, but the problem is still there.
I also have a problem where the computer will just randomly restart while I am doing something.
Both of these problems are totally random, and are not linked specifically to any software package, and also happen quite frequently.
Please help...

I just downloaded a .zip file... inside were a couple of .mov files... inside the .zip file they are 60MG, when I unzip them they are like 120MG... but if i try to zip them again, they just go from 120MG to 119MG... how this guy zip this file?

I having problem with Copy and Paste Function. I would Select All, Then Copy. Then go to the next field to Paste. Right Click on the Mouse. But nothing shows up on the right click to give me the function to paste. What do I do to Reset Copy and Paste mode in the Control Panel
