How do i compress a .mov file?

I just downloaded a .zip file... inside were a couple of .mov files... inside the .zip file they are 60MG, when I unzip them they are like 120MG... but if i try to zip them again, they just go from 120MG to 119MG... how this guy zip this file?

.MOV files are already compressed, We just use ZIP or RAR to remove the White space too (Smaller File Size).

try 7zip, winrar, and powerarchiver which each compress into .7z, .rar, and .rar and .zip files respectively

7z is free by the way, the others have evaluation editions
