I have used it in the past without problems but now it just doesn't seem to be able to send messages! So ANNOYING! I have the right settings and firewall is turned off.

Hi, I also use Incredimail. After reading your question I sent myself a message just to make sure that my Incredimail is working properly. It was sent with no problem at all. What you might want to do is restart your Incredimail program. Sometimes I have to do that when it starts acting quirky. Here's how you do that:
1.) Find the envelope icon in the lower right corner of your screen by the clock.
2.) Right click on the envelope and choose EXIT from the menu that comes up.
3.) Wait a few seconds and then find the Incredimail icon on your desktop
4.) Double click the Incredimail icon and Incredimail will re-open and you can try sending your emails again.
If my suggestion doesn't work for some reason then you can go to Incredimail's for problems with sending and receiving emails at http://www.incredimail.com/incredimail/help_center/help_article.aspx?article_id=194&lang_id=9&referrer_id=4

You should not be running your computer with the firewall turned off, thats the first line of defense.
I have been using incredimal for about 3 years. When you are in incredimail, click tools at the top of the page, go to your account, click properties, make sure that it has the correct isp on it. It should be-mail.yourisp.com-to receive email. For sending it should be-smtp.yourisp.com----example..mail.yahoo.com...then for sending-smtp.yahoo.com-Hope this helps. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
