Got a new computer for my dad, want to export old e-mails - he used Outlook Express, I'd like him to switch to Thunderbird but he needs to be able to access old e-mails.

Also, he needs his old address book. Can an address book be exported from Outlook Express and imported into Thunderbird?

I got my dad a new computer for Christmas, but the e-mails stored on his old one are crucial business-wise. We're backing up the old computer to an external hard drive and loading the data to the new one, including all the e-mail files. Once those new files are put on the new computer, how do we import them into Outlook Express?

Hello I just started playing F.E.A.R. online after not playing online gaming for years. After about 5-10 minutes there is always really total lag from anywehre from 10 seconds to minutes. Sometimes I get disconnected (and even banned sometimes) from the server. Happens on all the servers whenever I play. Needless to say this is very annoying and screws my game. It's pretty smooth and I have <100 ping on many servers besides these times. I have comcast cable and I think its not as good at this location as where I lived before. Should I try to switch to DSL or are there some settings or anything else I could try?

Hi,
I have a 100GB HDD in my sony vaio laptop (vgn-fe550g) and have edited video onto DVD through Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 without any issues. However, I am now running out of space because for my second DVD project I have a lot more video footage. Do you think I will experience any issues if I hook up an external hard drive and work with my video from there? I will be hooking it up via USB 2.0. Thanks!

my start menu is disappearing and there is nothing that solved the problem. i cleaned , checked for errors ,defragmented disk , and deleted suspecious software but nothing changed . i even made a new acount but after a while the same problem appear again and again and again .i even used live tool bar full service check and fixed few errors using it . someone help plz :( .

I want to put my songs onto my 1 GB mini SD so how do I do that?

There is a slot for the regular sized disk but I don't know if the mini will fit.

My computer doesn't auto run DVDs or computer disks anymore. Two days ago everything was fine. I've run a few scans and repaired the registry but there is still a problem.
