Main components: Motherboard also called main board, Memory RAM, Hard Drive, Graphics card if it's not onboard (on the motherboard already), CPU and CPU Fan, CD rom/DVD rom drive or burner, Floppy drive, Power supply, Sound card if it's not onboard, Network card (NIC) and/or Wireless network card.

most of the components as they all need each other to work , if you did not have a hard drive no were to put operating system , no operating system pc will not function so many bits rely on each other for it to work correctly , inside there is a mother board hard drive cpu and fan power unit and you have a dvd writer and you can have floppy disk with out dvd or cd writer can not install operating systsm

1.Processor does majority of computing
2.mother board works like the nervous system in your body
3. ram space for everything the computer is currently working on
4. hard drive were you store all the info
5.CD drive
6. floppy drive
7. video card (sometimes integrated with mother board) works the monitor
8.sound card (sometimes integrated with mother board) works speakers
