Yes, most likely, even if you re-formatted your hard drive. If you de-fragged your drive since you replaced the file, then the chances are slim.... Basically, the least amount of disk modification you have made since you lost it, the better your chances of recovery.

Purchase a program called "Recover My Files", available on the web, use a google. It is one of the best deleted file recovery programs available.
