I hate it when Windows keep telling me "You are running out of disk space...", it's so irritating. Is there any way I can stop it?

Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card.

How do i fix this??

I mean my start button is at left hand top corner of my screen
also everything has become larger
when I right click and go to display properties --settings--screen resolution I am not able to change my screen resolution
I use windows xp home edition

All of a sudden my computer started making a beeping noise. Sounds like those police cars on a "Pink Panther" movie. What in the world is that caused from? When i got my Emachines it SUCKED BUT i put a FRESH Install Of XP On it and it Works fine, After the new Video Card And that was only a 128 MB And it Plays Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 Better better then My Friends New XPS So who Said Emachines are Crap its just the O/S, And this one was Made In 04 My Freind Just Got his XPS A month Ago, But we can ALL Agree The Preinstalled O/S Is **** Has All kinds of unwanted software, Not the hardware

I vagely remember that the computer would take "snapshots" of itself where you can bring it back to this setting if you did something to defect it. is this possible?

I have maybe a hundred floppies containing images shot with a Sony camera. Floppy drives are history, (I do have one on my HP desktop, but when this computer croaks, I'm getting another laptop) so I need to get these images archived on CD or HDD, but would like advice on cleanest way to do it. i.e., fewest steps, fastest transfer rate, best quality, etc. Any takers?
