first,u gotta examine if u hv a dvd driving force. 2nd,u gotta examine if ur wmp is as much as date one,or hv a dvd decoder(if no longer,examine it on microsoft website,the place u can locate one) 0.33,examine the relationship between ur dvd driving force and ur workstation,there are opportunities that the cables are loosen.

There are Codecs that could help. I would just download DIVX from DOWNLOAD.COM
