It has loaded ok, you press play, it loads a blank black screen then nothing. We have Windows XP 2003 Many Thanks

you need to check all the requirements it may be ur graphics or ram are not up to spec

I had the same problem, it installed OK, booted up, gave me the dark grey screen, altered the size and resolution, and then closed off, (but the bonus disc works fine right).
To be honest, I'd suggest returning it, I swapped it for Doom 3, it's pretty much the same game.

did you download it right?mine is xp 2002 and it works so try removing and installing it again.

check the format its playable on if xp is not their take it back and exchange it.
