You are running out of memory. Follow these steps to increase your virtual memory:

1. On your desktop, right click the "My Computer" icon and select "properties"
2. Select "Advanced" tab at the top of the window
3. In the "Performance" frame, click on "Settings" button (the 1sr button on the window)
4. Select the "Advanced" tab (out of the 3: Visual Effects, Advanced and Data Execution Prevention)
5. In the "Virtual Memory" frame, click on the "Change" button
6. At the top of the window, select the "Drive" you would like to use as your virtual memory
7. Select "Custom size" from the options below, specify the "Initial" and "Maximum" sizes, depending on the capacity of your drive
8. Make sure you click on the "Set" button, in order for the changes to take effect
9. Click on the "OK" button

Note: Virtual memory is an area of a hard disk that is converted to and used as Memory by the operating system.

If the problem persist, then you may want to upgrade your RAM.

Hop this helps.

well, it depends on the age of the pc. if it is old (say, win 95 or 98 too) then you have more problems, namely the software is too old, proccesssor can't handel the load ext, the only possible solition it gives itself for the porblem is memory. however, this diginostic is incorrect.

however if it is a reocourring problem i would suggest going run>msconfig then check to see waht's starting up ("start up")

also getting more RAM (random access memory) never hurt in this case. course a new computer never did either.

Most of the time, you need to close a few programs that your not using. If your using all the programs, then you may want to increase virtual memory.

Usually the best answer is more RAM.
Get 1GB if haven't already.
