I having problem with Copy and Paste Function. I would Select All, Then Copy. Then go to the next field to Paste. Right Click on the Mouse. But nothing shows up on the right click to give me the function to paste. What do I do to Reset Copy and Paste mode in the Control Panel

Some applications (programs) limit what can be pasted from the keyboard, likely due to the content on the clipboard not being compatible with that particular area of the application.

First off do it the easy way. Highlight what you want to copy and then hold down the Ctrl Key and hit the C key. That cuts it to the clipboard. Then when you are ready to paste it, just put your cursor where you want it and click so you have the blinking line and hold down the Ctrl Key and hit the V key.
The other way to do this is using the Edit menu. Select what you want to cut and then once you are where you want to paste it click on the Edit menu at the top and click Paste.

You can try doing ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste and see if that works...

cntrl z and cntrl y are good toggles for undoing and redoing
