It is VERY important that the retailer is in the UK & online, it is VERY important that it is FULLY compatible with the above mentioned motherboard, it is VERY important that the retailer has it in stock, it is VERY important that it is PC6400 DDR2 800Mhz RAM, at Dual Channel, 1Gb, and priced at no more than £100 inc' of delivery.
If you know, (like ACTUALLY know, not guesswork or assumptions), where I can buy the CORRECT memory for this board, please get in touch with your findings.
The following details are the manufacturer codes of compatible RAM for this motherboard, I couldn't find anywhere in UK that has them. Do you know who DOES?

1. 1024MB Kingston: KVR800D2N5/1G
2. 1024MB Hynix: HYMP512U64BP8-S5
3. 1024MB Micron: MT16HTF12864AY-80EA3
4. 1024MB Micron: MT16HTF12864AY-80ED4
5. 1024MB Micron: MT16HTF12864AY-80ED4
6. 1024MB Corsair: Heat-Sink Package CM2X1024-6400C4
7. 1024MB Crucial: Heat-Sink Package BL12864AA804.16FA

If you can help, & you get it right; THANKYOU!

If a core 2 duo processor is 2ghz, does this mean its actually 4ghz because it has 2 core's or is the 2ghz shared between the 2 core's.

Basicly i own a pentium 4 3ghz computer. Im looking to upgrade to a 2ghz core 2 duo with 4mb L2 cache and want to know how much better it will be.

I know this is a random question, but I need to do some research on a particular item for my design coursework, however, I cannot think for the life of me what it is called. You know the hand-held devices the staff in Faith shoe shop carry? They scan the shoe barcodes and then on the screen, it tells you whether there is that particular shoe in stock, and in what size. It works in a similar way to the machines in Argos where a number is inputed and the stock levels show whether that particular item is in stock, and how many there are. If you could help me, I would really REALLY appreciate it!! Thank you!! Charley xxx

I have an Apple G5 with dual 2ghz processors. I just upgraded to 2gigs of ram, and I am still using the original ati 9600. I do a lot of video editing, and as of now FCP 5.0 seems to work fine but when I use Motion, it seems very laggy and takes an extensive period of time to do anything, even if it's only a short clip. I have a spare radeon 9800 pro for a PC and was wondering if it would work? is the video card the weakest link here? would upgrading the video card make Motion run smoother? Thanks

Whenever I right click something in windows explorer, the hourglass pointer comes up for about a minute or more and then goes away, then the right click menu pops up. Why does it take so long? I'm in Win XP SP2, and when I booted in safe mode, everything went fine. But I don't want to run in safe mode! Does anyone know what's wrong with my computer? It just happened all of a sudden. And now it won't work properly

I have a Medion Computer with a "Media Center" that fits in the 5.25" drive bay. It has a card reader, game port, TV input, audio in, mic in, 3 USB ports etc. This unit has worked fine until about two weeks ago when it stopped showing the removable drives (ie: the card readers) - the USB ports work fine, the system doesn't appear to be ahowing any hardware without drivers as I thought maybe I installed something and the drivers for the media center could have been diabled. Does anyone know why my media center would disappear like that? Any suggestion as to what might wrong and how I can fix it? Thanks in advance!

I recently re-formatted my hard drive running Windows XP, but when trying to re-install Windows, my PC does not boot from the DVD drive (I went into my BIOS setup and made it highest boot priority, but to no avail). I found a Windows 95 boot disk as well as the System Recovery disc that shipped with the computer, a Windows 98 disc (also came with the computer, was the pre-installed OS), and I have my XP upgrade, so it's going to a pain in the butt to get back to XP, but it's possible. However, the boot disc does not recognize my DVD drive and advises to install the DOS drivers manually. My DVD drive is a NEC DVD-RW DL + and -. Does this DOS driver exist, and if so, how can I find it?

This problem started recently. When I'm already in Windows and I want to reboot, I'll select Start>Turn off Computer> and select "Restart". As the computer is rebooting it'll get to the point where the OS should begin to load, then I'll get the message "Invalid System Disk...replace the disk, and then press any key." When I press a key it tries to access the A: drive (of course, there's no disk in the drive) and I get the message "Boot from CD: DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER". The only way to boot back into windows is to completely turn off the pc, then turn it back on and it will boot normally. I only get this boot-up problem when I'm already in Windows and I want to reboot. Why does the pc boot-up fine from a powered down pc, but have this problem when trying to reboot when I'm already in Windows? For some reason it wants to access the A: drive during this boot-up process. Oh, and I'm running WinXP Home edition. Thank you for your help
