I have a new Dell Latitude laptop and I'm learning all it's bells and whistles. I want to play video on my laptop to my TV for movies and streaming videos. I have the cables for the audio and it's working fine, but I can't the video to out-put through my S-video cable.

I know most laptops have the Function-F5 option for video out, but mine doesn't have that.

Please give me some ideas and options, I greatly appreciate it!

Hi everybody....I have a POWER BOOK G4 and sometimes by the time I burn a DVD...TOASTER crashes down and it says that the disc in incompatible or something like that..WHAT SHALL I DO...shall i UPGRATE any software?....oly for some brands like TDK, FUJI , SONY...I am really sick of that!THANKS

I start up my laptop and it says cannot sense hardrive. I tried putting the recovery disc in to see if that could fix the problem but it didnt. I also unscrewed the hardrive and put it back in but it didnt do anything. what should I do?

My Dell Inspiron 5000 restarts itself during the blue Dell boot up screen. It switches itself off and starts up again in a repeating cycle.

No hardware/software has been added to the laptop prior to this problem.

I have also tried starting it without the battery (just in case) but the problem still happens.

Anybody had similar problems, any solutions?

i barely bought myself a hp laptop.....but on it i only have a 60 day trial...why is that? shouldn't it already be installed with all those programs like microsoft word, excel or powerpoint?? Am i going to have to buy that program seperately and install it??

I was thinking of getting a laptop because they seem very convenient and useful. Are there any disadvantages about having one? Do they get internet access? How do I operate it and keep it working?
