Since you are on a Laptop, fixing the keyboard is alittle harder.
Try this:
1) Even turning the laptop upside down is an option (it works for normal keyboards)
2) you should get some compressair and blow into the keyboard and try to blow out whatever junk is on it.
3) The suggestion of poping the letter off and cleaning it is the best suggestion.

If that doesn't work you might need a professional to take a look. A temporary fix is to get a USB keyboard and plug into the USB port.

Solutions:

1. Get a pen, and pop out the H key and clean whatever dirt is underneath it.

2. Get a new KEYBOARD!

o no, tat could be a real problem. Maybe your keyboard needs cleaning? Sometimes little bits of dust and hair and, yes OK, I admit it, biscuit crumbs can cause keys to malfunction. I found half a packet of digestives in my keyboard last time I cleaned it

have you tried to clean your keyboard? Or to see if the contact beneath the H key are sticking? It sounds like you'd have to take the keyboard apart, or get a technician to look at it to get it fixed.

sounds like there is a few thing lower than it. you could eliminate keys from maximum keyboards by technique of gently popping them off. in case you damage some thing large glue will frequently fix it. be positive to keep the keys so as so that you'll replace them wisely.

the contact beneath the "H" key has moved from its place, so that's why its out of order. So take it to market and have it repaired, or if u can do it by urself. Otherwise its time you bought a new keyboard.
