it have core duo 2 gb of ram and 120 gb of hard disk and a ati graphics card with 512 mb of memory and only weights 5.3 pounds. i did a good buy

Yes, however the graphics card does not have 512MB of memory. My guess is it is the Radeon X1600 with 128MB of dedicated memory. It also has a technology called Hypermemory that allows it to take more memory from your RAM on an as needed basis. And it supports up to an additional 384MB from your RAM as it needs to. But yeah, it's a good laptop, I got a similar model with 1GB of memory.

definatelyacer is one of the best laptops eva. but usually i prefer hp or dell not gateway though crappy. but sony has good ones too hp has great wireless connectionsame with dell acer has great offers though I don't know about the wireless though
