HP laptops makes a lot of noise, usually having three fans.

Laptops can make as much noise as desktops (sometimes even more.)

My laptop makes more noise than my desktop.

You mean desktop computers? Well not really. They still do make a little bit of noise though. But I hardly even notice it!

My laptop keyboard is quieter than my desktop keyboard, but, it's an integral part of my laptop. As for sounds, if we're talking music, it's just as capable as my desktop.

No they dont. Desktops may be quiet, but never as quiet as a laptop.

usually not unless the laptop has a broken fan or hardrive that makes a screeching sound when it gets hot or something

depends on the components in use on each. but between mine id say no the laptop is quieter
