The only thing you can do is get the button replaced. It's probably a spring that's broken or misplaced in the actual mechanics. There's not much you can do unless you're really handy in mechanics of computers. I'd say, find someone who is. Don't mess with something you don't know too much about, if that's the case.

Either replace the drive or get use to clicking eject. It is a mechanical problem, and CD drives are so cheap that it would probably cost more much to fix it then replace it. Start saving your pennies...

Get a gym clip and push the end in the tiny hole beneath the CD drive and it will eject. Or, get it fixed. :)
