My Notebook is an Acer Aspire 5610-4610. I can expand the Ram up to 4 gb, but I don't know if that includes video ram. I do want to play games (guilty) on my notebook, but not the high end games such as call of duty or battlefield 2.

The standard keyboard port is not responding, so I need to enable a USB keyboard in DOS so I can re-install windows onto my old computer ( I took out all of the old hardware and added in newer hardware I had laying around the house excluding the Hard-Drive. So I had to wipe the harddrive clean and now the standard keyboard slot isn't responding. ) Any ideas?

can you explain the differences between a full backup and an incremental backup. Have you ever lost important files because you did not back them up? If you have done a backup, did you copy the entire disk or just selected files? Thanks for your help.

I am tired of purchasing inkjet cartridges - they don't last long and are too expensive. I'd prefer a laserjet but I need a scanner, copier and fax.
