Windows comes with a defrag utility you can access at:

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Defrag

Just run the defrag instead of the analyze and don't use the computer until the defrag is finish.

Also, remember to disable your antivirus before running the defrag tool. If there is read/write access to the hard disk by one of these programs the defrag will abort.

I use a defrag utility called Diskkeeper that is much better than Windows. However, it is not free.

Hope this helps.

you grab the frog and take it out of the computer. If you want to defrag than go to
start > all programs > accessoires > System tools > defragment
Than after you find that pick the drive you want to defrag than after you start it don't do any thing but move the mouse every now and than so the screen saver doesn't come on it you use it or the screen saver comes on than it will restart.

well if you meant to say DEFRAG, as in to defragment your hard drive, you should go to (assuming you're running windows) Start>all programs> accessories> system tools> disk defragmenter. when the program launches, click on analyze and have it see whether or not you should defrag in the first place.

Think your computer is well goosed if the frogs are living there, tho if you had meant defrag then goto start menu into accessories, now goto system tools and select defrag.
