BIO mode? You mean BIOS?
Try:
CTRL - ALT - DEL
That's guaranteed to get you out... Don't unplug it from the wall. That's just stupid.

I assume you mean the bios. You should see an option to exit/quit without saving, usually F10 or the ESC key. If you can't find that, just shut the power off to the PC, it won't hurt anything. (asumming again you ARE in the bios).

I have never heard of BIO maybe you mean BIOS which does exist. I think all you have to do is press on of those [F] buttons ro escape. :]

press f10 key to save and exit, you will be prompted to either press Y for yes, or N for no, hit Y then hit the enter key, the system should reboot.
