My P.C. is situated in an area that is a hassle to get to to connect speakers at the moment. How can I use my internal P.C. speaker?

I have a desktop and laptop in the bedroom and I have a desktop in the livingroom. I have a DSL connection in the bedroom connected to a modem and wireless router. I can connect my laptop to the wireless but I want to connect my desktop also. How do I do this? What equipment do I need?

this is a brand new dell laptop with windows vista, the sound was working and stopped. i went to device manager and it says so device installed but i know that is not true. what happened to it?

i have a gateway FPD1530 computer and i was wondering why the hell i only got 7gbs of total space. Its a fairly good conditioned computer, dosent look old but it is and i was wondering is this right. (and) how can i get more space on it, do i need to buy a new driver o something.

curcuit city says tht the model number matches an HP but my computer is an ACER 3000 series they say there are no matches in the computer

I am using AVG AV7.5,AVG AS in my system which one is a freeware and updating regularly.After I installed AVG AS the system is working slow.Already I installed many freewares (like tuneup utilities,system mechanic,everest,iolo,ccleaner,Advanced windows care V2,memory optimizer,PC wizard2007,)frequently,used these all one by one and uninstalled every thing now,keeping only AVG AV and AVG AS only.
Now I want to clean my whole computer,cleaning the registry,hidden files,and removing unnecessary stuffs etc.,so that the computer become fresh and new.
Please suggest me the best solution.Thanks.

I have an AMD athalon 64 3500+ with 2.2 Ghz processor. I have installed a few games that require 1Ghz and it tells me that I don't have enough etc.

I check my system through control panel and is states that I only have 984 MHz, I'll check another time and it says that I have 2.19 GHz.

Is this normal or a problem? Any Suggestions

I've tried everything from formatting the hard disk and reinstalling everything but I cannot get the USB ports to work. When I input a device, the power source comes on but on the screen there is no response to recognise the input. The same devices work perfectly in other PCs so I know they are ok. Checked Deivce Manager and there is no problem there either so what is causing this and is there a solution to resolve this? Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I heard before installing a motherboard into the case, I must first install some metal/plastic pedestal on the motherboard tray first, to prevent electricty flow thorugh the motherboard to the case. My question is where can I found these metal/platsic pedestal thing? Do they come with the case or with the motherboard?
