I recently switched from Comcast Broadband to Verizon Fios. But I've lost sound. How do I remedy the situation?

try going into start ,,,,then to the search open it and click the all files and folders and tipe in volume control or just volume and check those soehow they may have gotten turned down or messed up good luck

Click START
Click Control Panel
Click on System
Click on Hardware
Click on Device Manager
Click on the + by Sound,video,game Contollers

*IF* you see any Yellow & Black ! point or Red X REMOVEE them

Shutdown your computer, NOT RESTART

Wait at least 2 minutes then restart computer

Windows SHOULD find and REinstall the drivers

Note: Even IF you don't see the above mentioned ! or X, just remove the sound card drivers anyway, then do the Shutdown procedure
