It sounds like your resolution was accidentally changed.
To adjust resolution, right click on the desktop and go to properties. Now, go to the settings tab. You will see a slider that allows you to adjust the resolution. Try several settings to see what looks most normal for your screen. It definately won't go below 640x480, so don't try that one (everything gets so big that the settings cannot fit on the screen, then you can't even click the OK button!).
You may also want to go to the first tab and pick the standard theme from the drop down list, which will switch all the fonts and background back to the default.

Try right click any open space on your desktop.then click properties.then click settings tab then move screen resolution bar.or do the same thing then hit the appearance tab and font size arrow. i hope this helps.

if its a pc, you right click on the destop and go into properties. you can ajust all of appearances from there.
