I heard before installing a motherboard into the case, I must first install some metal/plastic pedestal on the motherboard tray first, to prevent electricty flow thorugh the motherboard to the case. My question is where can I found these metal/platsic pedestal thing? Do they come with the case or with the motherboard?

You should have received standoffs with the case! If you cant find them, go to your local PC repair shop. They shouldnt charge too much! You mite check to see if the bag is taped inside the case somewhere.....

They're called "stand-offs". Most motherboards come with them or you can use the ones you have in your case.
