If you've set it in the BIOS, then yes. The Intel 82865G is a very low-performance graphics chip that uses "shared" memory.

Right click on your desktop, select Properties. Click the Settings tab, then the Advanced button on the bottom right. Click the Adapter tab. On the bottom middle of this window will list properties of the video card. Look at the Memory category. This will show you how much video RAM you have. Just as a note, I am pretty sure you have an onboard video card, which is substandard, so be prepared for an upgrade, especially if you are playing games and the game states 64MB as the minimum required.

If you're trying to play a 3d game with it. It will not do it. Many on-board video cards are NOT 3d gaming cards. Most cannot play them at all. You need a real video card to play games.

Yes, endeed, it seems that the Memory Size of this Graphics
Controller is of (maximum) 64MB. But you must establish the
memory size allocated to i865G, from BIOS.

you may change the quantity of RAM for video (VRAM) on acceptable of issues Panel. yet... do not. increasing the VRAM can make yer pooter slower than molasses. WHY? because increasing the VRAM forces the OS to apply the HDD as RAM and that approach is sluggish. Get a superior pictures card (NVIDIA or ATI) with more than a number of onboard RAM. ;-)
