I suggest you just buy a high end HP or Dell (for around $1200) & just replace the video card with more powerful one.
- this will get you more for less.

High end Dell, never thought I would hear that... Anyway, AMD CPU, NVIDIA graphics, DDR2 ram if you can find it. Water cooled or Phase Change cooling. You can get great water-cooled cases at xoxide.com. Buy all other parts from Newegg.com
