This drive has all my digital photos and music, very important to me but I can't afford the $500 to $2800 cost to get it fixed by a data recovery company. How can I recover my files inexpensively? Can anyone please help or send suggestions? HELP!!!

I have a pretty large hard drive for my laptop but despite that there is about 13% remaining and I want to move some of the programs I dont use very often to an external hard drive that has virtually nothing in it.

I have a durn good graphics card, but it wont go any higher than 16 colors, and 640x480 pixels, last time I reformatted my computer it had better color, i'm not all that smart when it comes to computers so, why won't the color be better?

i need to upgrade my computer...i want to play games like doom 3 and unreal tournament 2004...
my system specs are...
1.7ghz Celeron Processor
256mb of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700LE

i cant upgrade all at once...

I can upgrade to...

2.4ghz Pentium 4 processor
1GB RAM
im not sure what video card...any suggestions

Hi, I found this deal on this site that stated I could actually sell the laptop for a profit it is such a good deal.

What do you guys think?
I guess if I don't like it I still have a shot at selling it on ebay.

I had a lexmark z31 and when ever i printed it came out blank...i chnaged the cartridge and still the same thing..now i bought a new printer epson d8000 and its doing the same thing..i think maybe somthings wrong with my computer...anyone know what?

Q-tech laptop model no. gh007. Screen shows NTLDR is missing.It also comes up press ctrl. alt. del. to restart but it just keeps going back to the original message NTLDR is missing.

I uninstalled my printer because it has been messing evrytime I turn it on.Now I'm trying ti reinstall it and it gets to 29% and says an error has occured.Ihave my antivirus disabled and all other programs closed and my screensaver turned off.Why won't it reinstall?

I don't want to add the hard drive to the new pc. I just want to get a number of files off the old hard drive and transfer them to the new pc. I heard there was a tool that you could connect to your hard drive and then USB into the new pc for file transfer. Thanks for the help.

I have a four year old Dell E151FPb LCD flat panel color monitor that keeps flashing white at increasing freqeuncy. It will flash white, stay like that for a while and then go back to normal although the time that is staying white is getting longer and longer. Does anyone know a way to fix it or is my monitor just dying?
