I have a four year old Dell E151FPb LCD flat panel color monitor that keeps flashing white at increasing freqeuncy. It will flash white, stay like that for a while and then go back to normal although the time that is staying white is getting longer and longer. Does anyone know a way to fix it or is my monitor just dying?

Sounds like the monitor is dying. It could also be your video card. If possible, try plugging your monitor into another PC or a friend's PC. If the same problem happens then it's the monitor. If not, then it may be your video card. It'll just take a little troubleshooting. Good Luck.
