If its a computer that runs windows 95 bring it to the computer recycling center.

Format the HD then re boot the PC with a win95 backup disk or a bootup disk. then ad disk one, then re program with win 95

i think the bigger question is how you actually managed to erase your BIOS
i think you may have actually erased your hard drive
that is slightly easier
if you did erase your BIOS, you have to go to your motherboard's manufacturer's website, find your motherboard, and then download the BIOS to a floppy
then boot off the floppy and load it to your BIOS chip
