The only thing you can reset on a motherbaord is the BIOS which depends on the exact Make and Modle of ytour motherboard.

You'' have to either read the Owner's manual or go to the motherboard's manufacturer's website for that info.

"Reset a computer"?

Not really sure what you're asking. Some BIOS apps allow you to restore factory defaults. Another method is to remove the on-board battery for a minute or so.
