I had a lexmark z31 and when ever i printed it came out blank...i chnaged the cartridge and still the same thing..now i bought a new printer epson d8000 and its doing the same thing..i think maybe somthings wrong with my computer...anyone know what?

I HAVE removed the stickers off the cartridges

When i put the memory card in the printer it printed a photo...so nothings wrong with the cartridge...

if it is plug and play it should work fine, if not, have you installed the software that came with it ? if you don't have the software, you will have to search for it, type epson d8000 software into your search engine, you should be able to get it free, your computer should ask you if it wants you to search for it, try re-installing it, good luck !

Just a suggestion, but did you install a new cable with the new printer? If you used the old cable that could be the problem since it happens on both printers.

this may seem silly but are you removing the stickers that cover the nozzles on the cartridges

It SOUNDS like you're NOT removing the protective tape from the cartridges.
