I have a Dell Dimension 3100. My keyboard worked before but when I changed my language to Japanese my keyboard would no longer work. Plz help me!

Recently, everytime my PC boots up, it keeps restarting itself three times, after that things work normally and I get this message saying "NvVid.exe: There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive/Device/Harddisk4/DR6.

The thing is I have NOT tamperd with my PC or added hardware.

I have no clue how to stop it, please, I'm need help!

I know someone who has just bought a used pc privately, and the hard drive failed soon after. An engineer has told them the seller would have been aware of the problem, the seller insists not. Please help as this dispute is getting ugly!

I need watercooling really bad for my system. It's too loud. I also need to get a quieter power supply. I have never installed a watercooling kit , hence the reason I am asking this question. That being said, I built my own system so I am good with my hands and can learn quickly. I am pretty meticulous about handy work. So me installing it won't be an issue. I want a really good internal cooling kit that can connect to CPU, GPU, and chipset. Also, do they make kits for hard drives? I hear Thermaltake makes good ones. Any suggestions? Here are my specs below:

AMD 3800+ Athlon 64
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
1 GB Geil Memory (I wanna change to Hyper X Kingston)
6600GT Nvidia NForce 4
3 Seagate HDDs (each are 250GB)
Thermaltake Tsunami case
Power Supply is a kind of loud one and I am considering the Power Supplies with the heatsink on the back and no fans.

The noise is driving me insane!!!!

I'm considering buying a Media Center PC (or perhaps waiting for Vista), but have no idea how much hard drive memory I need! I want to record movies from TV onto my HD but how much space do they chew up? Obviously it'll range based upon the length of the movie and the quality but say it's a 2 hour movie recorded 'good' quality - how much memory will i be using?

It first started out that when I turned it on, it would boot up, but windows would not open. Well I was running a diagnostic and suddenly it just turned off. I can't get it to turn on at all. No lights, no sounds, no nothing. Anybody have any ideas on what is wrong?

I admit my hardware knowledge is dated from the 90s, but figured it's all about the same.. I have a Celeron 3.06 478 processor in an Asus motherboard, but for whatever reason there is no video at all. Power supply ATX and P4 are connected. What I'm finding weird, is that in the process of turning on and off, the CPU is completely cold .. like it's not getting power. Is this normal? Also, the CPU fan seems to spin faster than normal .. like maybe it's a code that something isn't connected right ?

I have a question about the new Dell optiplex 320, A friend just got one and I've tried to find some specs. on it. The only thing I can find is at the Dell site but am wondering if the is any other Place I can for more Info. on it? The thing Didn't come with speaker to start with... i was going to buy a new dell laptop from a guy online and then i noticed that he downgraded the processor when he ordered the laptop from an AMD turion 64 mobile mk-36 to a mobile AMD sempron 3500+. now i am having second thoughts. am i just overreacting? will this be a significantly lower quality machine than it would have been with the turion? i will not be playing games on it. just internet videos and dvd stuff. his selling price is $699. help asap!
