I have a question about the new Dell optiplex 320, A friend just got one and I've tried to find some specs. on it. The only thing I can find is at the Dell site but am wondering if the is any other Place I can for more Info. on it? The thing Didn't come with speaker to start with... Any information would help, I don't have dirrect access to the computer just talk over the phone about it and they are not really computer knowledgable.

The Optiplex is dell's business line of computers. They generally have tooless Chassis, and are reliable no-frills computers. This is probably the reason why your buddy's PC came with no speakers.

You haven't given any evidence that you actually have a harddrive problem. It could be the RAM, motherboard, CPU or power supply... Take it to a repair shop.
